Book Discussion Kits

Our Book Discussion Kits make it easy to run your own book group with everything you need in one convenient package. Use the link to access our reservation system to browse available titles, check availability, and reserve kits for your group.

Each Book Discussion Kit contains 10 copies of a selected title to make leading a discussion easy. Kits can be checked out by patrons age 18 and older, with a limit of one kit per family.

Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library

Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library is a book gifting program that mails free, high-quality books to children from birth to age five, no matter their family’s income. This service is available in Meade County. To sign up your child, follow the link or complete a paper application at the Library and turn in to the front desk.

KYVL

The Kentucky Virtual Library (KYVL) is a consortium of over 300 Kentucky libraries and institutions, including colleges and universities, public libraries, K12 schools, hospitals, the Kentucky Department for Libraries and Archives (KDLA), and features a database of more than 60 core research and other educational databases, and support in their use, that serve learners across the education continuum.
